1/22/2010Hello Paul. I would like first of all to compliment you on your speedy reply and the fact that you addressed every question I had and to my total satisfaction. I have dealt with other Internet sites over time and they make me feel invisible. Supposedly a real person and not an automated system answered the emails, but I find they must not read past the first keyword of the first sentence because they do not actually answer my email at all. I do not know your position at Mytableware.com, but I hope if you have supervisors over you, they know what a great job you are doing!

Compliments to your office staff on being very courteous and helpful when I called to report a small issue with slightly different cups that were sent.

It was amazing that within two days the initial order was received at my doorstep, and then a slight correction was addressed and quickly delivered, and this all within a one week time span. Now that's service!!

The china was in perfect condition and I can't tell you how thrilled I am to find such a wonderful company to work with should I need future replacements for a pattern manufactued well over 25 years ago. I have also passed the word on to a couple of friends who need to replace pieces of china.

Never did I ever think I would be able to extend my place settings after so many years, but you made it possible!!

I did receive the box in the mail yesterday. It was packaged
extremely well, with the bubble wrap and thick paper wrapped around
everything...and the box was marked on the outside 'Fragile, China'.
Great job! I had ordered a set of 4 soup bowls of that china set
direct from Amazon and they had the 4 bowls in a single box, each one
only wrapped in a very thin layer of plastic, and only covered on top
by a flimsy piece of cardboard. Naturally, the top bowl was cracked in
half upon arrival. Anyway I just thought you should know that I was
very impressed and pleased with the care you took packaging my items,
everything was in perfect shape.

Yes, I will take the salt shaker, we can put pepper in it if we have to, but my grandson broke the other one and probably an extra salt shaker is more useable than pepper anyway.

I understand I will have the pair by christmas, I am thrilled! This is a gift for my daughter-in-law who has tried for over a year now to find the matching piece. As you mentioned, Lenox discontinued this shape.

Again, yes, please ship the set as well as the single salt. I will take either the extra salt or pepper shaker whatever you have.

the Precision I set way back in about 1972-1973, and I have always
enjoyed that pattern. Mum died 12 years ago and my sister got the
flatware. I'm delighted to have my own set which reminds me so fondly
of a wonderful woman, who took great pleasure in setting a beautiful
table and demonstrating her hospitality.
Everything was beautifully packed and arrived in absolutely pristine
condition. It was like Christmas when I opened the box!

8/14/2008My family and I recently visited my terminally ill mother who wanted me to have her set of china. She apologized because a few of the pieces are chipped and the sugar bowl had a broken handle. I carefully packed up the china for the cross-country drive home and happily report there were no casualties! :) Upon researching the pattern, I found that the manufacturer has discontinued it :( I began searching online for the pattern and came across your site. I was SO excited to find that your company has several pieces of the pattern. The replacement and/or addition of pieces will be gradual...I started by replacing the sugar bowl. It arrived today in pristine condition and made me smile (and cry). Treating friends and family to wonderful meals using beautiful china and glassware has always been so important to my mom, and consequently means so much to me! Thank you for helping me preserve this very special gift from my mom!

I did receive the box in the mail yesterday. It was packaged
extremely well, with the bubble wrap and thick paper wrapped around
everything...and the box was marked on the outside 'Fragile, China'. Great job!
I had ordered a set of 4 soup bowls of that china set direct from Amazon and they had the 4 bowls in a single box, each one only wrapped in a very thin layer of plastic, and only covered on top by a flimsy piece of cardboard. Naturally, the top bowl was cracked in half upon arrival.
Anyway I just thought you should know that I was very impressed and pleased with the care you took packaging my items, everything was in perfect shape.

6/21/2006Thank you so much for sending me the sugar bowl. It arrived in excellent
condition. As I went to put it away, the top came off and headed to the
floor. This is how my (first) sugar bowl top broke as it hit my kitchen
floor, which is ceramic tile. My heart started beating much faster, and I
leaned forward. The top hit the counter and did not break! What a
relief. As a result, I decided to move the sugar bowl and creamer to the
bottom shelf from the top shelf. Moving is quite an adventure. Hope this
part is over.
At least I know where to come if I break something else.
